At Tavira d’Artes, we prioritise accurate artwork information by providing descriptions and illustrative photographs sourced from our artist and/or gallery. Our commitment aligns with the highest market standards to ensure transparency and reliability.
Pricing Information:
Our retail prices on www.taviradartes.com and its subdomains are presented in euros (€), with VAT included at the legal rate.
Shipping service costs are the responsibility of the user and buyer, clearly outlined before order confirmation. While Tavira d’Artes reserves the right to adjust prices, the rates applied are those in effect at the time of purchase order placement.
In case of errors causing significant price changes, not anticipated by Tavira d’Artes, the purchase order will be deemed invalid. Prices and artwork availability on taviradartes.com apply exclusively to online orders and may differ from the physical store.
Guarantee:
All items are covered by our [Company Warranty Policy], unless misuse is detected by Tavira d’Artes.
When purchasing an artwork at Tavira d’Artes the purchaser will receive a certification of authenticity which includes: Photo of artwork, name of artwork, name of artist, size, medium, price, date, and signature.

Artworks in Stock:
While browsing the Tavira d’Artes website, please note that displayed artworks may differ from physical store availability. Tavira d’Artes will confirm the stock status of ordered products after placement.
Delivery of Artworks
Tavira d’Artes offers a delivery service at extra cost depending on the artwork’s size and weight.
Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution refers to the mechanisms that consumers have at their disposal to resolve or guide, through mediation, conciliation or arbitration, conflicts that oppose them to suppliers of goods or services established in national territory, before or after prefer to resort to the common Courts.
Thus, and in accordance with Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, Tavira d’Artes informs that:
Tavira d’Artes does not adhere to any mechanism for alternative resolution of consumer issues;
